You know how January is the worst time of year to start a whole self-improvement thing, right? I remember walking into the gym last January and thinking, "oh ****" because it was full of people! But, guess what, by mid-January it was just the regulars again. And we all remember how we've failed at the diet, exercise plan or dry January. Be honest! There's loads of reasons for this. But I won't bore you with them. Because I don't know if you are interested! So, here's my question.
