I am about to give you some FOMO. Sorry! Every Friday I host HeRO Hour. I invite all of the clients in my program and some of my 1:1 clients too. It is absolutely the highlight of my week. And I know it is something they all look forward to. Why? Because we are in it together. Every single person on that call has two things in common:
What this means is that, when we come together, we feel connected. We are there for one another. We encourage one another. We inspire one another. We learn from one another. And we discuss some really cool stuff. In the last few weeks the themes I've taught have been:
I am sure you can see why we have plenty to talk about. Also, every single lesson is recorded and available in for people to rewatch and learn from. This Friday the theme will be: How to Manage Your Energy. This will be inspired by no less a person than Novak Djokovic and will immediately give people insights to help them. You could be there also if you are ready to join the HeRO Program. Hope to welcome you to the community, Stephen PS If any of those lessons sounds interesting, ask me nicely and I might send you the recording 😉 -- If you’re curious whether coaching could help you find more clarity or direction, book a free 15-minute Clarity Call and we’ll explore it together. I did have to be a bit "brave" (thanks Jenny), but I wrote it after realising that me sharing my feelings helped a client. They felt less alone. And so I got to thinking, what else do I know...
Some things have happened that I wish hadn't happened. My circumstances are not how I want them to be. My luck has been out recently. I've been thinking I was turning a corner for a while but it hasn't happened. I laughed ironically at something last week and thought, surely nothing else can go wrong ... then it did. And at the same time there's a voice in my head going, "you're a professional personal improvement-y person, so why can't you sort this out?" Which frankly isn't helpful. Thanks...
"Ambition stops being healthy the moment it becomes a mask for fear." So said Alex Hormozi. And I know where he's coming from. Fear isn't a clean burning fuel. It's not sustainable either. Use fear and you'll move fast. You'll escape danger. But you won't last long before you burnout. But I also know that many of us try to make changes because we fear staying as we are. We're terrified that, "this is it". And we determine to do something about it. The problem with this kind of fear is that it...
