Funny to think about isn't it. Whatever the future holds, these will be your good old days. There will be a time when you would trade just about anything to have the health you have now. There will be a time when you wish you had the opportunities in front of you that you have now. There will be a time when you wonder why you didn't act on the things you wanted to do now. And from that perspective, the little doubts, the big doubts, and the procrastination might fill you with regret. You might wish that you hadn't wasted another day or week or month or year. You might wish that you had picked up the phone to someone, or made a choice to change, or invested in yourself for once. Because these really could be your good old days. Try not to forget that. So, if you are feeling a bit negative, you tend to see the negative in everything. Which, in turn, makes it hard to figure out what you really need to do to make...
Don't get worried. Not that kind of addict. I am completely and totally addicted to self-improvement podcasts (and books). If I'm honest I've been like that most of my life. Back in my twenties I remember consuming The Road Less Travelled and Zen And The Art of Motorcycle Maintenance in a particularly deep week. BTW I still read Zen ... every couple of years. Would recommend. These days every drive I take is to the sound of Alex Hormozi or Steven Bartlett or my current personal favourite...
